Protein Pancakes

1. 3/4 scoop protein powder (I use PE Science snickerdoodle)

2. 3 eggwhites

3. 1 tsp baking powder (optional)

4. Splash of water

5. Any toppings you desire (berries, peanut butter, sugar free syrup, etc.0.

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

~Mix together whey powder, eggwhites, baking powder, and add a splash of water if necessary to get pancake batter consistency

~Pour 1/3 batter onto skillet and cook, flipping over when the top forms bubbles

~Cook all batter, top with anything
