I follow a flexible dieting/If It Fits Your Macros approach with all of my clients, which allows you to choose the diet that’s right for YOU – no restrictions! All plans will include a FREE PDF copy of my "How-To Guide to Macro Tracking For Beginners" eBook.
HOW IT WORKS:
I will send you a client inquiry form so I can get to know you (height, weight, age), your goals, your background with training and nutrition, past dieting experience, any injuries I need to know of, etc. Also note that the 4-week plans can always be renewed after the period has ended if you would like to continue working with me.
One-on-one Coaching: Coaching is more than just training and nutrition! It is about the support, accountability, and relationship between the trainer and the client. Reaching your fitness goals is a huge mental game, and that’s why I want to help YOU with all of these aspects.

This eBook I have created will teach you the basics of what macronutrients are, how our bodies respond to each one, and how you can actually manipulate your macro intake to reach your nutrition and physique goals. If you are confused about macros or how to track them, this is the perfect informational guide for you! Bored of your current routine and just need some new workouts? I will give you a 4-week training program based on your goals with cardio recommendations for either fat loss or building muscle. This includes sets, reps, and rest time.

If you're crushing your workouts every week, but need some help in the area of nutrition, I will help assess your current diet, discuss with you your nutrition goals, and help you calculate your macros to better reach your goals.
